Green Square Gulf Contracting is a civil, MEP, ELV, and mission-critical data centre contractor, registered and delivering in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with an office in Doha. For over two decades our engineers have carried civil, architectural, MEP, fire protection, ELV, and interior works from concept through commissioning, including projects that contributed to the successful delivery of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™.

Who we are

Engineering-led, from the slab to the switchgear

Most buildings fail in their systems, not their structure: a plant room that cannot hold a 50°C afternoon, a riser coordinated too late, a fire system never witnessed. Green Square was built to close those gaps.

So we engineer every system in-house, from district cooling and HV power to NFPA fire, medical gas, ELV, and the concurrently maintainable plant a data hall depends on, modelled before the slab is poured and commissioned against the model. Same standard, in Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Locations

Where we work

Head office in Al Khobar, delivery teams Kingdom-wide, and an office in Doha behind two decades of delivered work. The same engineers, procedures, and QA files wherever the site is.

Saudi Arabia

The head office sits in Al Khobar and the delivery teams travel, which is how the same crews end up on jobs across the Eastern Province and beyond. MOMAH and SCA classification and Nitaqat Platinum are held here, for public and private sector work alike.
