A civil, MEP, ELV, and mission-critical data centre contractor, registered and delivering in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Trusted by the region's most demanding clients

The clearest version of how we work: Green Square is carrying the structure and every system inside it, civil works and full MEP, from foundations to commissioning, with the services model frozen before the first slab was poured.
Most buildings fail in their systems, not their structure: a plant room that cannot hold a 50°C afternoon, a riser coordinated too late, a fire system never witnessed. Green Square was built to close those gaps.
So we engineer every system in-house, from district cooling and HV power to NFPA fire, medical gas, ELV, and the concurrently maintainable plant a data hall depends on, modelled before the slab is poured and commissioned against the model. Same standard, in Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Our commitments
Quality · Innovation · Sustainability · Lifecycle Performance
Civil, structural, architectural, and infrastructure works, carried from the ground up by crews on our own payroll.
MEP, fire protection, ELV, and the concurrently maintainable plant behind data centres, engineered in-house and commissioned by us.
Energy-efficient buildings, digital engineering, and lower lifecycle carbon, designed in from day one.
Safety, quality, and on-time delivery, held to one audited system on every site we run.
Civil, MEP, ELV, mission-critical, outdoor cooling, and interiors: each a licensed trade run by our own engineers, and coordinated in one model before the first slab is poured.

01 / End-to-end building execution
Complete building execution with disciplined project management, structural integrity, and architectural refinement, from enabling works to handover, by crews on our own payroll.
Civil & Structural
Foundations to frame.
Architectural Finishes
The whole envelope, sealed.
External Works
Roads, utilities, landscape.
PM & EPC Integration
One accountable team.

02 / Mechanical, electrical & plumbing
Advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, built for efficiency, compliance, and lifecycle performance. This is where buildings usually go wrong, so it is the work we keep closest.
HVAC & Cleanrooms
Cooling that holds at 50°C.
Ventilation & Smoke
Life safety you can breathe.
District Cooling
ETS networks, built and run.
Electrical & Power
HV to the last socket.
Plumbing & Drainage
Supply that disappears.
Fire Protection
NFPA throughout.
Fire Alarm
Detection tied into the BMS.
Medical Gas
Hospital-grade, certified.

03 / Smart & connected buildings
Smart, connected building technologies that carry security, automation, and digital infrastructure. Extra-low voltage is its own trade here, not a line under electrical.
BMS & Automation
One screen for the plant.
Security & Access
Perimeter to door.
ICT & Cabling
The building's backbone.
Guest Rooms (GRMS)
Rooms that know the guest.
AV, IPTV & PA
Screens, signage, and PA.
Lighting Control
Light that follows daylight.
Master Clock
One clock, every system.
Smart Building
Systems that talk to each other.
04 / Facilities that cannot stop
Data halls, control rooms, and the plant behind them, engineered to be concurrently maintainable: two paths from the grid to every rack, N+1 cooling that rejects a megawatt into a fifty-degree afternoon, clean-agent suppression, and an integrated systems test on load banks before the first server arrives.
Critical Power
Two paths to every rack.
Precision Cooling
A megawatt, rejected at 50°C.
Data Hall Fit-Out
Racks, floor, and fibre.
Monitoring & IST
Tested at full load, then handed over.

05 / Open-air comfort
Engineered climate-control solutions for public realms and open-air spaces: terraces, boulevards, paddle courts, and venues that stay usable through a Gulf summer. Modelled in CFD before a duct is laid, and a regional specialty of ours.
CFD Simulation
Comfort you can measure.
Evaporative Cooling
Misting you feel, not see.
Air Displacement
Moving air where people sit.
Outdoor Venues
Terraces, plazas, and venues.
06 / Ready from day one
Premium fit-out and bespoke finishes through to FF&E, OS&E, and final installation. Interiors that bring design, craftsmanship, and operational readiness together, ready to welcome people from day one.
Interior Fit-Out
Built to brand standard.
Bespoke Joinery
Made to the drawing.
FF&E & OS&E
Specified, sourced, installed.
Hospitality Interiors
Opening-day ready.
A hotel, a hospital, and a cold store all fail in different ways. We learn what failure means in your building before we design against it.
Hotels and resorts, where a bad night's sleep is an engineering fault.
Grade A towers that survive an institutional tenant's checklist.
Towers, villas, and palaces engineered to disappear into daily life.
Headquarters and workplaces built to say something about their owner.
Hospitals where the building services carry clinical risk.
Cleanrooms and controlled environments, engineered to classification.
Campuses from early-age schools to universities.
Factories and plants where downtime is the real cost.
From FEED to commissioning in an unforgiving industry.
Power and renewables infrastructure, built to grid standards.
Data centres and facilities for technologies that cannot overheat.
Malls and stores that keep trading while we work around them.
Public infrastructure delivered to public scrutiny.
Specialist facilities, delivered with discretion.
Hub airports that never close while we work.
Tunnels, roads, and ports, where ventilation is life safety.
District cooling plants, ETS, and networks that serve whole districts.
Eighty-plus deliveries across the Gulf, from World Cup infrastructure to five-star hotels. These are the flagships; the full record is in the gallery.

Anyone can price a building. These are the reasons clients stop shopping around.
Plant selection, BIM coordination, and CFD done by our engineers before the price is fixed.
Our services trades are on our payroll. The engineers who price your systems commission them.
2.4M+ safe working hours across live sites in the Gulf, and the count is still running.
The handover date is fixed first and the build is planned backwards from it, so it holds.

Our crews, on our sites
Not every job is straightforward. These are the ones that weren't, and how we solved them.
How we helped deliver comfortable outdoor spaces in 45°C summers, on one of the first open-air cooling projects of its kind in the world.

Half the electricity in a Gulf building goes to cooling. Districts that share their chilled water are cutting that bill by a third, and freeing entire floors of plant space while they do it.

Any cooling system works in January. We schedule the hard tests for the exact weeks the climate is trying to kill the design, because that's the performance the client actually bought.

Kahramaa's Grade A classification is the difference between wiring a building and being trusted with serious infrastructure. Here's what the inspectors are actually looking at.

Four stages, engineered before they are priced. The programme is built backwards from your handover date, and we are still there after it.
Head office in Al Khobar, delivery teams Kingdom-wide, and an office in Doha behind two decades of delivered work. The same engineers, procedures, and QA files wherever the site is.
The head office sits in Al Khobar and the delivery teams travel, which is how the same crews end up on jobs across the Eastern Province and beyond. MOMAH and SCA classification and Nitaqat Platinum are held here, for public and private sector work alike.
